COROOS starts working on expansion just a few years after the new factory is completed. Products need to be stored and warehouses are needed for that. The company sees opportunities to start processing fresh vegetables in addition to fruit. The brand name is changed from CORCO to COROOStrom Konserven. The range including strawberries, blackberries and asparagus is gradually expanded to include brown beans, peas, carrots and green beans. Processing these products requires different machinery and especially more employees. Many residents of the surrounding villages help with processing at the factory during harvest periods.
