The company increasingly works year-round by smart planning and good cooperation with suppliers and customers. Apples are processed all year round and in the months when no fresh vegetables come off the land, the company increasingly relies on the production of dried pulses. A growing market created by the protein transition with pulses as an alternative to consuming animal proteins.
