2020 - 2023
COROOS has been growing rapidly since 2020. The canning market is picking up. In the existing factory hall, major investments are being made in new machines for the production of squeeze bags. With this new line, fully recyclable packaging can also be produced and major steps are being taken in terms of production reliability.
A completely new production line is also being built in new premises at the Geldermalsen plant. With this new and unique line, COROOS is able to deliver high-quality, vegetable solutions for the food industry and food-service companies. Besides the existing vegetables, fruits and pulses, the range now includes bases for soups and sauces, pulses pastes, pulses mixes and basic raw materials as an alternative to animal proteins such as aquafaba.
COROOS' turnover is growing to around €300 million. Around 600 employees are at work every day, some 450 of whom are permanent employees.
