A completely new product range based on aquafaba (protein substitute), single-strength fruit and vegetable purees, ready-to-eat pulses and other products, will be made available to food producers and nutrition professionals around the world.
We make our products by pureeing the edible part of the whole fruit or vegetable, without removing the juice or fibre.
Based on these ingredients, COROOS can provide tasty, healthy, plant-based products such as dairy alternatives, meat substitutes, hummus, soups, sauces, purees, smoothies, drinks and more.
