Fault engineer ETD

The position

As troubleshooting engineer ETD, you will be responsible for clearing faults, checking machines, installations and equipment and performing preventive and corrective maintenance, modification and new construction work in the electrical field.

To achieve this, your tasks include:

• Co-inspecting and assessing the technical condition of equipment according to applicable standards and specifications, within the framework of preventive and corrective maintenance in the electrical field;
• Maintaining, modifying and optimising PLC controls;
• Carrying out planned maintenance and (parts of) new construction and/or overhaul work and reporting on findings and work in the maintenance management system;
• Bringing and keeping machines and installations in operationally safe and production-ready condition.

Your profile

• You have an MTS-E degree or equivalent;
• You have approximately 3-5 years' work experience in a similar position or industry;
• You have sufficient command of the Dutch language in word and writing, preferably also English and German;
• You have up-to-date knowledge of modern control techniques;
• You do not have a nine-to-five mentality and are willing to work in a 3-shift breakdown service;
• You have an analytical mind and are flexible and accurate;
• You can work both independently and as part of a team.
